SIOM
siom.torino.it was the site of Poliambulatorio SIOM, a dental practice based at corso Dante 64/A in Turin: the archive's first snapshot, from 22 July 2011, was a simple parking page, but from 2018 the site described an active multi-specialty practice in implantology, paediatric dentistry, dental hygiene, periodontics, prosthetics, endodontics and orthodontics.12
Among its services the site listed the «All on 4» implant technique, which allowed a whole toothless dental arch to be replaced with a fixed prosthesis within an hour, using implants from manufacturer Nobel Biocare.3
The last snapshot with content, from October 2019, presented a new project by the practice, «SIOM oltre il sorriso» («SIOM, beyond the smile»), intended to bring together doctors from different specialities in collaboration and dialogue with one another.4
