According to the parish's history page, the first nucleus was built in 1852 as a branch of the parish of B.V. delle Grazie della Crocetta, with services held in the seventeenth-century Church of San Salvario on via Nizza; in 1859 the lawyer and future Salesian priest Carlo Occelletti planned the founding of the San Giuseppe oratory.2
The last available snapshot, from December 2018, redirected to the website of the Don Bosco San Salvario association, with content on summer activities and after-school care.3
