On 1 October 2026 carabinieri from Turin's Provincial Command, as part of operation «Asmodeo» coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office, carry out a pre-trial detention order against a 59-year-old man, accused of enslavement, aggravated sexual violence and mistreatment of vulnerable people housed in a residential community in lower Val di Susa, which he ran with yoga, meditation and self-defence classes.1234
