Novara city executive approves Italy's first «Casa Laps»

The Novara city executive (Giunta) has approved the redevelopment of a municipal building that will become Italy's first «Casa Laps», a shelter for women and children who are victims of violence, funded by Lapo Elkann's Fondazione Laps. [1][2]
