Turin's City Council approves the executive project for extraordinary maintenance works at the Mercato Svizzera, on Corso Svizzera.
The work, with a total cost of 67,857 euros, is scheduled for the first months of 2027 and mainly concerns the flower beds along the tree-lined avenues, including the 23 new flower beds created on Corso Svizzera. [3]
The project is partly financed by a regional contribution of 47,500 euros under a call for tenders dedicated to investments in markets, and will be carried out in seven phases over a total of 105 days, with the work done in the afternoon when the market is closed. [3]
