Madaski, the stage name of Francesco Caudullo, is a singer-songwriter, keyboardist and record producer born in Pinerolo in 1965. Together with Bunna, he co-founded Africa Unite, a leading group of Italian reggae active for more than forty years through tours, festivals and productions. Besides his work with the band, he has produced and remixed tracks for other artists, collaborating among others with Franco Battiato and Jovanotti; in Pinerolo he has also opened an osteria bearing his name, La Damada.
On 4 October 2026 Madaski was unveiled as the performer of the Iron Mask in Pinerolo's 2026 historical re-enactment, succeeding Elvio Chiatellino, who had played the character in 2024.
