On 29 October 2026 the public assembly to renew the governing board of Mondovì's Circolo delle Idee (Circle of Ideas) was held, with Beatrice Perrone confirmed for a further term as president.
The public assembly to renew the governing board of the Circolo delle Idee of Mondovì was held on 29 October 2026 in the "Luigi Scimè" conference hall. The Circolo delle Idee is an initiative founded in 2019 as a continuation of the Youth Consultative Council (Consulta Giovanile), open to young people from the Mondovì area aged 15 to 35, with an advisory and proposing role regarding the city's administrative activity.[1][2]
Proceedings
81 young people took part in the assembly, either in person or connected online. Also present were deputy mayor Gabriele Campora, youth policy councillor Alessandro Terreno, education councillor Francesca Bertazzoli and councillor Marco Bellocchio.[1][2]
Results
As provided for under Article 5 of the Circolo's statute, candidacies had been submitted in the eight days before the assembly. Stefano Arnaldi, Elena Tomatis, Sara Akoussi and Davide Besio were elected members of the governing board, while Beatrice Perrone was confirmed for a further term as president.[1][2]
Comments
Mondovì's mayor, Luca Robaldo, and youth policy councillor Alessandro Terreno commented: «Given the times we are living through, we are not hiding our great satisfaction at seeing so many young people wanting to put themselves at the community's disposal to improve and enliven it». They also highlighted the associative vitality shown by the election, with «very different internal views and ideas», and wished the newly elected president and the new board good luck.[1][2]
