Apple

On 18 September 2026 employees of Turin's Apple Stores, in via Roma and at Le Gru, took part in a 24-hour national strike called by Filcams Cgil, Fisascat Cisl and UILTuCS, with a rally outside the via Roma 82 store from 9am to 1pm; the protest coincided with the launch of the new generation of iPhone.1 In Turin there are about 170 staff; according to the union, around 10% are not on permanent contracts, and the mobilisation concerns workloads and the stabilisation of temporary staff rather than pay.1
