Agreement between the Turin Police Headquarters and Infra. To on staff training

On 6 November 2026 the Turin Police Headquarters (Questura), the State Police's technical, logistics and property department and Infra. To signed a multi-year agreement in Turin for staff training and the exchange of expertise in the design and construction of infrastructure intended for the police forces [1].

Content of the agreement

The agreement provides for Infra. To to make its expertise in public contracts available, with particular attention to planning, design, awarding and execution of works. State Police staff will thus be able to deepen their knowledge of procurement procedures, financing methods and the technical and administrative aspects linked to carrying out works [1].

In turn, specialised staff from the State Police's technical, logistics and property department will train Infra. To's technicians on the structural and functional features of police offices and on the operational needs linked to public-security activities [1][2].

How the collaboration will work

The collaboration will be organised through lectures, seminars, technical visits, exercises and design workshops, according to programmes agreed between the parties [1][2]. According to TorinoClick, the agreement is not a simple exchange of information but a structured collaboration aimed at strengthening technical and administrative knowledge and fostering greater integration between those who design and build the works and those who use the spaces intended for public-security activities [2].

The agreement also aims to foster future collaborations in the construction of public works [1][2].
