2025 report of Piedmont's Guarantor for animal rights

On 6 October 2026 Piedmont's regional Guarantor for animal rights, Paolo Guiso, presented his report on 2025 activity to the Regional Council: 25 reports received, down from 39 in 2022, mostly linked to situations of social and economic hardship among owners.12
