Second edition of «Gusti di Territorio» in Frossasco (26-27 September 2026)

On 26 and 27 September 2026 the second edition of «Gusti di Territorio – Sapori, saperi e tradizioni del Pinerolese» takes place in Frossasco, at the headquarters of the Consortium for Training, Innovation and Quality (CFIQ) at via Principe Amedeo 42.¹² The event, promoted by the Municipality of Frossasco and organised by the CFIQ with the collaboration of the Pinerolese Food District «Terre da Tastè», offers an exhibition area with tastings curated by local producers, alongside show-cooking sessions, guided tastings of DOC wines and artisanal cider, workshops for families and a photographic exhibition by Dario Costantino.¹² The programme also includes institutional sessions dedicated to the sustainability of livestock farming, the future of viticulture in the face of climate change, and the role of women in the agri-food supply chain, with the participation, among others, of MasterChef chef Gabriele Gatti.¹²
