2026 Renewal of Ivrea Soccorso's Executive Board

The members' assembly of Ivrea Soccorso, a volunteer association active in Ivrea, in the Città metropolitana di Torino, met to renew its governing bodies for the next three-year term. The assembly elected the candidate slate for the Executive Board as a single block, confirming continuity with the path already undertaken by the association [1][2].

Outcome of the vote

At its first meeting, the new Executive Board assigned internal roles: Massimiliano De Stefano was reconfirmed as president, Daniele Barbato was appointed vice president, Andrea Pugliese secretary, Ombretta Ferioli treasurer and Immacolata Cosentino board member [1][2]. The Board of Auditors, made up of Cristina Bianchini, Stefano Barba and Paolo Germano, and the Board of Arbitrators, formed by Laura Andreo, Eugenio Abellonio and Martina Monteu Saulat, were also renewed [1][2].

Programme for the new term

President Massimiliano De Stefano described the block election of the list as a sign of trust from the members and announced his intention to continue the programme lines already agreed upon, with a Board described as united and cohesive [1][2].

Among the goals of the new term is strengthening ties with younger generations, through the formalization and structuring of the association's Youth Group, with the aim of giving greater space and autonomy to the young people already involved and attracting new ones [1][2]. A first step in this effort will be the Anpas Open Day on 24 October, aimed in particular at fifth-year students from local high schools, to introduce them to the culture of first aid and volunteering [1][2]. Around thirty young people currently gravitate around Ivrea Soccorso, a number the association intends to increase, including through closer ties with local schools [1][2].
