The internet addresses of the Province of Turin
The Province of Turin was abolished in 2015 by the Delrio reform, which transferred its functions to the Metropolitan City of Turin.
The domain provincia.torino.it, registered on 29 January 1996, is paid up until 29 January 2027 and is still registered to the "Provincia di Torino".1
The Metropolitan City's own domain, cittametropolitana.torino.it, created on 6 November 2012, is also registered in the name of the now-abolished entity.2
The name provincia.to.it instead has RESERVED status: it is reserved by the registry and is not for sale.3
