Inauguration of two vehicles of the Rivarolo Canavese Red Cross Committee
On 27 September 2026 the Italian Red Cross Committee of Rivarolo Canavese officially inaugurates two new vehicles entering service in the area: an ambulance and an equipped Doblò transport vehicle. Although new, both vehicles had already been used in the preceding weeks for operational needs.1
The ceremony
During the day, commendations are also awarded to the Committee's volunteers. The ceremony is attended by volunteers, officials from the municipalities of Bosconero, Feletto and Busano, and a delegation from the Rivarolo Canavese volunteer fire brigade and the local Carabinieri station.1
Also present are the national president of the Italian Red Cross, Rosario Maria Valastro, and the regional CRI president, Vittorio Ferrero.1
Committee activities
The Rivarolo Canavese CRI Committee, described as very active in the area, is seeking new volunteers. On 1 October 2026, at 9 pm, at its headquarters on via Montenero in Rivarolo Canavese, a presentation of a new training course for aspiring volunteers is scheduled.1
