Corso Palermo is a street in Turin. On 29 September 2026 a man armed with a knife robbed the post office on the street, making off with 850 euros; he was stopped by the carabinieri less than 24 hours later thanks to surveillance cameras. He was a homeless Italian man in his fifties, already known both to the post office and to the carabinieri of the Borgo Dora station, who was identified at the bus stop on via Bologna 103 despite having changed clothes since the morning of the robbery.
