In Baldissero Torinese, the local police arrested two men, aged 20 and 36, in flagrante delicto, suspected of a series of scams against three shopkeepers using the trick of swapping a 50-euro banknote.
The operation, carried out jointly by the local police and the carabinieri, took place on the morning of Monday, 28 September 2026, and the two men were charged with completed and attempted fraud against three businesses in the town. [3]
