31st edition of the Festival delle Colline Torinesi presented (September 2026)

The 31st edition of the Festival delle Colline Torinesi is presented, running from 6 to 18 October under the co-direction of Isabella Lagattolla and Federica Rosellini. The festival has been active since the 1990s: in 2014 it reached its nineteenth edition, with a program dedicated to the minor protagonists of everyday life. [3] The festival's thirteen days are spread across the Teatro Astra, the Fondazione Merz and the Coro di Santa Pelagia, with a program spanning acting, dance, performance and technology, including an immersive work designed for a single spectator in which physical presence engages in dialogue with virtual reality. [2]

In 2022, at its twenty-seventh edition, the festival had also taken on the name «Festival d'autunno» and was organised by TPE – Teatro Piemonte Europa, with the City of Turin as a founding member. [4]

In 2024, at its twenty-ninth edition, the festival was directed by Sergio Ariotti and Isabella Lagattolla and featured 15 productions, including 7 world premieres, for a total of 52 performances over 28 days. [5]
